The Director, Global Logistics Transformation at Circle K plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic roadmap for the company’s global fuel distribution network. Reporting directly to the Senior Director / Global Head of Distribution Support, the Director leads the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain optimization, transportation network design, and logistics transformation initiatives. This senior leadership position is responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities that enhance fuel margin, improve supply reliability, reduce cost-to-serve, and optimize transportation performance across multiple regions including North America and Europe.

This role demands a strategic thinker and accomplished leader who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Supply, Commercial, Logistics, Analytics, Technology, Procurement, and Operations. The Director will continuously challenge the current supply chain structures and develop innovative solutions to elevate service levels, operational efficiency, and profitability. Key responsibilities include overseeing global E2E fuel supply chain mapping, leading strategic network optimization projects, managing transportation sourcing strategies, and advancing logistics technology transformation efforts.

Committed to value realization, the Director will drive initiatives that result in tangible improvements to fuel margins and transportation costs while ensuring data integrity and governance across logistics systems and master data. They will spearhead governance around transportation lanes, terminal utilization, and network design standards to support long-term business objectives. Additionally, the role involves leading transportation contract negotiations through data-driven modeling and ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial and operational goals.

The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, presenting strategic recommendations and leading transformation programs that contribute to the company’s competitive advantage.
