QumulusAI strives to maintain a culture of growth, creativity, and leadership in the AI infrastructure space, making it an exciting place for professionals eager to contribute to the future of artificial intelligence and related technologies.

The role of Director, Events & Experiences at QumulusAI is a crucial leadership position responsible for shaping and executing the company’s event strategy. This full-time position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and can be performed remotely with travel as needed. The Director of Events & Experiences plays a hands-on leadership role by owning the strategy, planning, execution, and measurement of a diverse portfolio of events. Beyond managing third-party industry conferences, the Director will innovate and scale branded QumulusAI experiences that connect key stakeholders including customers, partners, investors, analysts, industry leaders, and executives. These proprietary experiences are designed not only to deepen engagement but also to position QumulusAI as a thought leader in AI infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include overseeing event strategy and portfolio management, executive engagement and brand experience development, end-to-end event operations, and measurement of event success and business impact. The Director will develop annual plans, budgets, timelines, and metrics that are closely aligned with company growth goals. They will work closely with executive leadership to design high-impact events that foster meaningful connections and elevate brand visibility in the AI market ecosystem. Operational duties include venue sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, attendee registration, sponsorship activations, travel logistics, executive briefing, onsite production, and event operations.

Measurement and analysis are also vital components of the role. The Director will collaborate across marketing, sales, partnerships, and executive leadership teams to ensure that event investments deliver tangible and measurable business results. This includes tracking executive engagement, customer and partner meetings, pipeline influence, brand visibility, and overall event ROI. The ideal candidate will bring a high degree of project management skill, budgeting expertise, strong vendor negotiation, as well as creative program development experience in rapidly scaling, dynamic environments. This role demands excellent communication, organizational acumen, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting with willingness to travel as required. The Director, Events & Experiences will play a pivotal role in helping QumulusAI build a scalable, world-class event platform that reflects and enhances the company’s innovative brand and market leadership.
