This role is a part-time, unionized caregiving position with an hourly pay rate of $17.11. The work shifts include early mornings Tuesday through Friday from 6 am to 9 am and a longer shift on Saturdays from 6 am to 2 pm. The role fundamentally involves driving, so candidates must hold a valid driver's license and demonstrate a minimum of one year of active driving history. If the current license is less than a year old, supplementary documentation proving continuous valid licensure for at least one year is required to qualify for employment.

As a caregiver at ResCare Community Living, you will have the opportunity to engage deeply in meaningful and rewarding work by assisting individuals with developmental disabilities as they strive for improved self-sufficiency and community inclusion.
