ResCare Community Living exemplifies this mission at the community level by focusing on the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they have access to the resources and support necessary to thrive both at home and within their communities.
The caregiver role at ResCare Community Living offers a deeply rewarding and impactful career opportunity centered on supporting individuals with developmental challenges to live more independently. The company invests in ongoing training and provides necessary tools to help staff build fulfilling careers. Employees enjoy competitive pay with pay on demand, a full benefits package for full-time workers including a 401(k) plan with a company match, and paid time off plus holiday pay to maintain work-life balance. The supportive supervisory network ensures caregivers have access to guidance and encouragement, making the workplace a positive environment for both employees and participants. In addition, job security is a cornerstone, with ResCare Community Living being part of a well-established and respected healthcare provider recognized around the nation. By joining this team, you become part of a mission-driven culture focused on delivering high-quality care where every participant deserves to live a good life and every employee deserves a fulfilling career.
