Based in Syracuse, New York, American Dining Creations is currently seeking a Dining Worker/Server to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. The Dining Worker/Server will be responsible for efficiently greeting and serving menu items from a food station or serving line, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. Additional responsibilities may include assisting the cashier, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and serving areas, restocking supplies, and general upkeep of equipment. This position offers a hands-on experience within a fast-paced, friendly environment that values teamwork and efficiency.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One or more years experience in customer service, food service, or retail preferred
- Ability to work well with others and independently
- Strong time management skills
- Basic math and effective communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, climb stairs, stand, and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Follow established recipes to prepare and serve menu items for a food station
- Greet and serve guests in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control, temperature logs, and dates
- Provide guests with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing
- Operate a POS system to accept payment for food and beverage purchases
- Assist with labeling and packaging food for take-out menus and mobile ordering
- Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management
- Clean, organize, and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and general areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
