Job Duties

- Demonstrate exceptional courtesy, patience, and hospitality, fostering meaningful interactions and building rapport with residents
- Expertly present and serve food and beverages in a timely, accurate, and polished manner
- Maintain a pristine dining environment by ensuring tables are promptly cleared, reset, and elegantly prepared for the next seating
- Anticipate resident needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance comfort and satisfaction
- Operate dining service equipment, including beverage and coffee service stations, with efficiency and attention to detail
- Support overall dining room operations, including maintaining cleanliness of floors, service areas, and work spaces to high standards
