The Dining Services Manager role at Aramark is a pivotal management position responsible for overseeing dining operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored dining solutions. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, communicating operational progress, and ensuring financial targets are met through diligent oversight of profit and loss statements and strict adherence to food and labor initiatives. Managing and training a team skilled in production, quality control, and compliance is central to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to build productive relationships across departments, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Physical stamina and the ability to manage tasks involving occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods are essential.
