The role of Director of Dining Services at Morrison Living is a leadership position focused on managing the day-to-day dining operations for a Senior Living dining account. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of 12-15 hourly associates, ensuring top-tier customer service and culinary quality. The Director of Dining Services will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, sous chef, and Registered Dietician to develop menus that meet high standards of taste, nutrition, and presentation. This position holds accountability for client relations and managing the financial aspects of the dining account, including profit and loss oversight and budgeting. The role requires rolling out new culinary programs that enhance the dining experience and align with organizational goals. This role offers an attractive salary range of $75,000 to $78,000, along with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits. It is ideal for seasoned foodservice professionals who have experience in high-volume production and catering, budget management, and who are passionate about hospitality. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts or related field preferred
  • Three to five years of experience in foodservice operations
  • Experience in high volume production and catering
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and P&L
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Job Duties
