The role of Dining Server at Sunrise Senior Living is a vital position within their senior living communities. This position involves delivering timely, professional meal service to residents while creating a welcoming and hospitable dining atmosphere. As a Dining Server, you will be responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, assisting residents with menu selections, and providing general information about the menus. Your work will include bussing and resetting tables according to community standards, maintaining a clean and organized dining area including the bistro, and performing designated side work as well as opening and closing duties.

In addition to meal service tasks, you will participate in pre-meal meetings to stay informed about menu offerings and use Sunrise Senior Living’s systems to ensure accurate order entry and timely meal delivery. The role requires adherence to strict food safety, sanitation, and infection control policies to protect resident health and maintain a high standard of service.
