Job Description

Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living is a beautiful 89-acre continuing care retirement community located in North Dallas, Texas. The Dining Server role at Highland Springs is an integral part of the community’s hospitality team. Servers are responsible for providing exceptional meal service to residents and guests in a warm, friendly, and service-oriented manner. This position does not require previous experience as training is provided, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in food service within a supportive, senior living environment. Servers will handle taking and entering food and beverage orders using a POS system, delivering meals promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience for each resident. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting are important for success in this role. Compensation starts at $10.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, and the position requires availability to work some weekends and holidays, with the physical ability to stand for long periods and carry trays or lift up to 25 pounds.
