The Dining Server role at Highland Springs is an integral part of the community’s hospitality team. Servers are responsible for providing exceptional meal service to residents and guests in a warm, friendly, and service-oriented manner. This position does not require previous experience as training is provided, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their career in food service within a supportive, senior living environment. Servers will handle taking and entering food and beverage orders using a POS system, delivering meals promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience for each resident.
