This opportunity is for the position of Dining Server, a key role within the Brightview Senior Living dining services team. The Dining Server is responsible for providing outstanding and courteous dining service to residents and guests, ensuring that every meal is a positive and memorable experience. This includes taking and delivering accurate food orders promptly, setting up and cleaning dining areas, and assisting kitchen staff with meal preparation and presentation. The server must be attentive to residents' individual dietary restrictions and special requests, promoting health and satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining and food preparation areas strictly according to health and safety guidelines. Engaging with residents to create a warm and social dining atmosphere is an essential part of the position as it enhances the overall quality of life for the seniors.

The Dining Server contributes to inventory management and organization of supplies, participating actively in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve the quality of service.
