The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is currently seeking an In-Room Dining Server to join their esteemed food and beverage team. This role involves delivering food orders and amenities directly to guests’ rooms promptly and with impeccable attention to detail to maintain the highest quality standards. The server is responsible for greeting guests warmly, offering thorough descriptions of food and beverage items, and ensuring a seamless in-room dining experience. The position also requires setting up and breaking down room service tables, coordinating tray and table removals, and accurately closing guest checks with proper authorization procedures.

Job Duties

  • Transport food orders and amenities to guest rooms in a timely manner

  • Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature
  • Properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals
  • Anticipate guest needs and ascertain satisfaction
  • Offer suggestions and respond urgently to guest concerns and requests
