Job Duties

  • transport food orders and amenities including special needs and requests to guest rooms in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality
  • greet guests and provide thorough descriptions of food and beverage items
  • break down clean and set up room service tables and necessary items
  • coordinate tray and table removal
  • properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature
  • properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals
  • anticipate guest needs ascertain satisfaction offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
