- transport food orders and amenities including special needs and requests to guest rooms in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality
- greet guests and provide thorough descriptions of food and beverage items
- break down clean and set up room service tables and necessary items
- coordinate tray and table removal
- properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature
- properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals
- anticipate guest needs ascertain satisfaction offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
