The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is currently seeking an In-Room Dining Server to join their esteemed food and beverage team. This role is pivotal in delivering seamless in-room dining services that enhance the guest experience by ensuring prompt delivery of food and beverage orders and accommodating any special guest needs or requests. The ideal candidate will greet guests warmly, provide detailed descriptions of menu items, and maintain meticulous presentation and cleanliness of room service tables and trays. They will be responsible for accurately closing guest checks, managing voided or complimentary meals with integrity, and anticipating guest needs to exceed expectations. This position requires a passionate commitment to providing flawless service while upholding the Four Seasons standard of excellence. Flexible availability is essential as the hotel operates 24/7, requiring team members to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
- Work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Transport food orders and amenities to guest rooms in a timely manner
- Greet guests and provide thorough description of food and beverage items
- Break down, clean, and set up room service tables and necessary items
- Coordinate tray and table removal efficiently
- Close guest checks accurately securing room number and signature
- Settle voided checks or complimentary meals appropriately
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently to concerns and requests
