Joining Four Seasons means becoming part of a family that values every individual and their contribution to creating memorable experiences for guests, residents, and partners.

Located in the vibrant city of Philadelphia, the Four Seasons Hotel introduces an elevated hospitality experience as Philadelphia's first Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Hotel. Situated high above the city skyline, guests can indulge in luxurious amenities such as a serene Five-Star Spa featuring healing crystals, a stunning 57th-floor infinity-edge pool with panoramic city views, and world-class dining options from Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and local James Beard Award-winner Chef Greg Vernick. The hotel's philosophy embodies the spirit of Brotherly Love, curating every guest's stay with warmth, authenticity, and meticulous attention to detail.

The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is currently seeking an In-Room Dining Server to join their distinguished food and beverage team. This role is vital in ensuring that guests receive impeccable in-room dining experiences with prompt delivery of food, beverage, and any special amenities or requests. Responsibilities include greeting guests with warmth, providing detailed descriptions of menu items, and maintaining service areas by properly setting up, cleaning, and breaking down room service tables. The In-Room Dining Server must also manage guest check closures accurately, including securing room numbers and guest signatures, processing voided checks, and complimentary meals when applicable. A proactive approach to anticipating guest needs, ensuring satisfaction, and responding promptly and effectively to guest concerns or requests is essential to the role.

Success in this position demands a passion for delivering flawless service combined with high integrity and strong work ethic. Ideal candidates possess a deep knowledge of food and beverage operations, exemplary customer service skills, and strong interpersonal abilities that foster teamwork. Flexibility is also required to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the hotel operates 24/7, 365 days a year.

The position offers several noteworthy benefits, including complimentary room night stays at Four Seasons properties worldwide, employee meals prepared by the culinary team, and uniform care such as dry cleaning and alterations. Employees also enjoy discounted medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as parking and public transport access. Membership at City Fitness is also available at a discount. Additional rewards include paid time off, nine paid holidays annually, participation in a 401k plan with company match, fully company-paid parental leave, and promising growth opportunities within the Four Seasons.
