As a Dining Server at THE ONE GROUP, you will play a critical role in upholding the company’s reputation for excellence. Your primary responsibility is to create an unforgettable dining occasion by anticipating guest needs, providing expert menu recommendations, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in upscale or high-volume restaurant settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Reliable transportation or means to commute if required
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume, upscale dining environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails with a passion for hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
- Guest-first attitude
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the Vibe Dining experience
- Share detailed insights on the menu, daily specials, and beverage pairings
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and accuracy
- Promptly monitor guest satisfaction, professionally addressing any concerns
- Support team members as necessary to maintain a smooth service flow
- Complete opening and closing side work as directed by management
- Keep service areas clean and organized throughout the shift
- Handle payments, issue receipts, and thank guests while encouraging return visits
