Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience supervising multiple employees
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Availability to work in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in supervising multiple employees
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
  • Experience in a high-end, full-service dining establishment
  • Advanced degree in culinary arts or related field (preferred)
  • Food handler’s certification (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
  • Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • Supervising multiple employees to maintain efficient kitchen and dining room operations
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety compliance
  • Communicating effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth service
  • Monitoring inventory and supplies to prevent shortages or waste
  • Delivering excellent customer service and resolving any dining-related issues promptly
