Employees will serve residents meals, take and close out orders efficiently using Dial's designated point of sale system, and assist residents throughout their dining experience. The role requires setting and resetting tables for meals, informing residents about daily menu options, and addressing them by name to cater to their individual food and beverage preferences. Additionally, the position includes preparing and serving beverages, maintaining hydration stations, clearing and bussing tables, and vacuuming the dining room to maintain cleanliness.
