UCLA Lake Arrowhead Lodge is a distinctive meeting and retreat venue located high in the scenic San Bernardino Mountains on the serene shores of Lake Arrowhead in Southern California. This unique 50-acre lodge operates as a seasonal destination, providing meeting spaces and accommodations for groups from September through mid-June each year. During the summer months, the site transforms into a family-oriented retreat with the Bruins Woods Family Camp program, which runs for ten consecutive weeks and welcomes up to 80 families weekly. The lodge offers a tranquil environment surrounded by nature, making it an ideal spot for corporate retreats, family gatherings, and special events.

The Dining Room Server position at UCLA Lake Arrowhead Lodge offers an exciting opportunity to be a key part of the lodge’s hospitality operations. This role involves providing courteous and gracious service to guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. The responsibilities extend beyond traditional wait staff duties and include buffet assistance and bar and lounge service. The Dining Room Server plays an essential role in delivering and serving food and beverages efficiently and courteously. An important aspect of the role is the ability to serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, answer guests’ questions, and make informed recommendations regarding menu items and drink selections. The position demands excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
