Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer-facing or food service role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills
- positive attitude and commitment to quality service
- flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and fast-paced work environment
- ability to work in a team environment
- communicate effectively in English
- basic knowledge of food service and hygiene practices
- prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Job Duties
- Serve food with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content
- keep restaurant properly cleaned and set up to meet resident expectation
- dishwashing duties during shift as needed
- assist with the flow of service between kitchen and dining room
- maintain adherence to health and safety standards
- communicate effectively with team members and residents
- provide attentive and courteous service
