The Dining Room Server role at Belmont Village Senior Living is a vital part-time position designed to enrich the dining experience for residents within the Assisted Living community. Operating on a varying schedule from 4 pm to 8 pm, this role enables individuals to work in a hospitality-driven environment focused on personalized and attentive service. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Must be able to efficiently multi-task
- Must demonstrate willingness to learn and work in hospitality
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Prior restaurant server experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and personalized dining service to assigned tables
- Take accurate orders and offer menu recommendations
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure orders are served at correct temperature with proper presentation and accuracy
- Prepare and set up the dining room for service ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are ready
- Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met
