As the Dining Room Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the front-of-house operations, ensuring the dining room maintains a flawless appearance and that service levels exceed expectations. This position requires a multifaceted individual who can be a gracious host, an efficient preparer, a cleanliness champion, and a vigilant observer of resident dietary patterns. Ideal candidates will bring prior leadership experience in a hospitality setting and possess knowledge of the care requirements necessary for senior residents. A valid food server permit, English communication skills at an eighth-grade proficiency level, and a positive, energetic attitude are essential. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, alongside the ability to assist residents with mobility and post-fall recovery. Moreover, candidates must pass a criminal background check and meet health screening requirements including testing free of pulmonary tuberculosis.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Previous experience leading a hospitality team preferred
- Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents
- Must have and maintain a food server permit as required by the county
- Can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of eighth grade proficiency
- Must have a positive and energetic attitude
- Must be active, able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Must frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and fall recovery
- Must be criminally cleared
- Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks
- Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening
