Belmont Village offers a variety of living arrangements, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and award-winning Memory Care, creating a comprehensive community designed to meet diverse resident needs and preferences. These values define the culture of the organization and are reflected in the work of its dedicated employees. The company encourages servant leadership and values teamwork and continuous development. With a strong strategic growth plan, Belmont Village Senior Living provides ample opportunities for personal and professional advancement within its communities.

The Dining Room Manager role at Belmont Village Senior Living is a crucial on-site leadership position responsible for overseeing the total dining room operation of the community's restaurant. This includes managing the hiring, supervision, and training of restaurant servers to ensure high levels of service. The Dining Room Manager is a hands-on manager who participates directly in meal service, special events, and room service delivery, ensuring that each dining experience is of the highest quality. This role requires cultivating strong relationships with residents and guests, delivered with genuine hospitality and care.

Supported by experienced Regional and Corporate teams, the Dining Room Manager contributes to fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence in dining and hospitality. The manager also works closely with other departments such as Sales and Marketing and Activities to coordinate and execute special events, enhancing the resident experience.

The position demands strong leadership skills in developing work schedules, delegating tasks, coaching team members, and managing performance. The Dining Room Manager is also tasked with addressing resident and guest feedback professionally and effectively to sustain a positive dining environment. This role offers a vibrant and rewarding opportunity for professionals passionate about leadership, hospitality, and enriching the lives of seniors.
