Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations management
- knowledge of service styles and techniques
- experience with budgets and reporting
- ability to supervise, hire, and train staff
- proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- effective communication skills
- financial acumen
- certified or willing to obtain Food Handlers certificate
- current CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain
- ability to maintain social standards in formal dining settings
Job Qualifications
- minimum 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations management
- experience in high quality restaurants, country clubs, hotels, or senior living companies
- knowledge of current service styles and techniques
- working knowledge of budgets and reporting
- high school diploma required
- college degree in related field preferred
- possess or able to obtain Food Handlers certification
- current CPR and First Aid certifications or willing to obtain
- certified dietary manager or certified food protection professional license preferred
Job Duties
- manage all dining venues including the Care Center
- ensure high quality dining experience for residents and guests
- supervise, hire, train and create a high-performing team
- oversee food and beverage operations
- maintain budgets and prepare reports
- apply knowledge of current service styles and techniques
- interact professionally with residents and guests
