The role of Dining Room Manager at Vi is a compelling opportunity for an experienced and dedicated professional to oversee all dining venues including the Care Center. This position carries significant responsibility for ensuring a consistently high-quality dining experience for residents and guests alike. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of progressive experience managing food and beverage operations within upscale restaurants, clubs, hotels, or senior living communities. A strong understanding of modern service styles and techniques, budget management, and operational reporting is essential.

The Dining Room Manager will play a crucial leadership role, supervising staff with a focus on training, motivation, and creating a high-performing team that aligns with Vi’s standards. The successful candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems, demonstrating a system-oriented approach to operational efficiency. Excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to maintain social standards within formal dining settings are key components of this role. The position also requires maintaining certifications such as Food Handlers, CPR, and First Aid. Additional professional credentials like Certified Dietary Manager or Certified Food Protection Professional licenses are preferred, further enhancing the candidate's suitability for this prestigious role.
