Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations
  • High school diploma
  • Willingness and ability to obtain Food Handlers certification
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to become certified
  • Ability to supervise, hire, train and create a high-performing team
  • Strong systems orientation with Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with POS system
  • Effective communication and financial acumen
  • Ability to interact appropriately with residents in formal dining setting

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations management
  • Experience in high-end restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living company
  • Knowledge of current service styles and techniques
  • Working knowledge of budgets and reporting
  • High school diploma required
  • College degree preferred in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business
  • CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain
  • Food Handlers certification required or willingness to obtain

Job Duties

  • Manage all dining venues including the Care Center
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality dining experience for residents and guests
  • Supervise, hire, train, and develop dining staff
  • Maintain budgets and prepare operational reports
  • Implement current service styles and techniques
  • Use POS system and Microsoft Office for efficient operation
  • Interact professionally with residents and uphold formal dining standards
