The role of Crew Leader in the culinary team is central to maintaining the high standards expected at Friendship Village. The Crew Leader will oversee meal periods in the absence of the dining room manager or assistant, ensuring seamless service delivery and resident satisfaction. This leadership position involves organizing, directing, and supervising all function areas within the main dining room, café, and employee cafeteria.   • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of three years of serving experience
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • familiarity with serving alcoholic beverages and responsible alcohol service practices
  • ability to provide clear and detailed instructions to employees
  • ability to interpret and respond accurately to customer requests

Job Duties

  • Organizes, directs and supervises all functions in the main dining room, Café and employee cafeteria
