Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • prior experience in large food service or enterprise catering preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to independently manage a dining operation
  • proficient with POS systems and inventory management
  • capable of handling financial responsibilities such as P&L
  • must be proactive and solution-oriented

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • five to eight years of relevant experience in large food service or enterprise catering
  • strong organizational and leadership skills
  • excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
  • ability to manage operations independently and with good judgment
  • experience with inventory management and financial accountability
  • effective communication skills
  • familiarity with point-of-sale software

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day operations of a single-unit dining location with multiple stations
  • ensure consistent delivery of Fooda’s service experience to all customers
  • monitor setup, restock, and breakdown of the dining hall daily
  • oversee arrival and setup of all onsite restaurants, enforcing Fooda’s service and sanitation standards
  • manage inventory and ordering of grab-and-go food products, beverages, and snacks
  • conduct bi-monthly inventory and maintain profit and loss accountability
  • ensure accurate customer transactions and proper charging for goods
  • update and maintain the point-of-sale software and related databases daily
  • recruit, schedule, and train hourly staff
  • perform weekly accounting tasks and accurate data entry into Fooda systems
  • escalate operational issues to the Director as necessary
