Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Minimum three years experience in food service or catering management
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of profit and loss management
- Experience with account management for enterprise clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three to five years of relevant experience in food service, enterprise catering, or account management
- Experience with profit and loss (P/L) management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service aptitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
- Prior experience managing large food service or catering operations
- Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of a single-unit location with multiple stations
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service experience to all customers
- Monitor cafeteria set up, restock, and breakdown daily
- Oversee daily arrival and set up of all restaurants maintaining Fooda standards of service and sanitation
- Manage inventory and ordering of grab and go food products, beverages, and snacks
- Conduct bi-monthly inventory checks and P/L accountability
- Ensure accurate customer transactions and proper charging for goods
- Update and maintain POS software and database daily
- Recruit, schedule, and train hourly staff
- Perform weekly accounting responsibilities and data entry into Fooda systems
