Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least one year of experience in food preparation or a related field preferred
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with incarcerated individuals is a plus
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand or walk for extended periods
- Willingness to wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment

- Food safety certification required
- Ability to motivate and supervise inmates and staff to meet food production quality and quantity standards

Job Duties
- Adhere to the standards of Aramark when preparing and producing food
- Examine and confirm production and temperature records
- Supervise inmates as they prepare food and assemble meal trays
- Ensure timely and efficient meal service in alignment with Aramark standards
- Assist with meal preparation and serving duties as needed
- Issue and distribute culinary instructions, confirming proper portions and accommodating special dietary requirements
- Maintain a safe and organized storage system for all food items to prevent hazards
