Job Description

Wing is seeking elite talent to join M32 AI, a cutting-edge startup within the corporate world backed by top-tier Silicon Valley venture capitalists. M32 AI is dedicated to building agentic artificial intelligence solutions designed specifically for traditional service businesses. Operating with the nimbleness and entrepreneurial spirit of a startup while benefiting from the stability and resources of a corporate environment, M32 AI fosters an innovative, fast-moving, and agile workplace free from bureaucratic constraints. This unique company culture encourages creativity, autonomy, and rapid growth, making it an ideal place for professionals who thrive in dynamic settings and want to make a significant impact from day one.

M32 AI is currently hiring a Digital & Field Events Marketer to spearhead all event-related activities. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals with 2 to 4 years of experience who are passionate about event logistics and executing exceptional events that build strong brand presence and generate revenue. The chosen candidate will be the first dedicated hire for events within the team, providing the opportunity to own and shape this critical function independently. The role requires collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to transform event engagements—such as booth space and badge scans—into meaningful meetings, valuable opportunities, and ultimately closed business deals.

The Digital & Field Events Marketer will be responsible for managing a wide variety of events, from major tradeshows, industry conferences, and webinars to intimate luncheons and thought leadership conversations. They will also serve as the face and host of the company for digital events like webinars and podcasts. Dynamic event management skills combined with a strategic mindset to prioritize events based on ideal customer profile and revenue goals are central to success in this role. A deep focus on maximizing event ROI through detailed planning, negotiation with vendors, and post-event reporting is expected.

This position offers the autonomy to experiment with new event formats and strategies all while being supported by a stable organization. Candidates who prefer a structured, directive environment may find this role challenging, as creativity, initiative, and problem-solving on the go are essential traits. The position is fully remote, open to candidates based in the US or Canada, with a travel requirement of 30 to 50 percent to attend events across North America and potentially Europe. Candidates must reside near a major airport hub to facilitate efficient travel.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 annually, inclusive of performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include paid time off, health insurance, software for upskilling and productivity, and a fast-track leadership path for high performers. Working at M32 AI means having direct access to the founding team, receiving high visibility within the company, and enjoying a workplace culture that values high autonomy and minimal bureaucracy. The company also embraces AI tools to support operations, including the hiring process, while ensuring final recruitment decisions are made by humans.

Overall, this role is perfect for an ambitious, detail-oriented event marketer eager to advance their career in a forward-thinking AI startup environment. You will gain valuable experience managing diverse events end to end while building critical industry relationships and driving business growth through innovative event marketing strategies. If you have a passion for technology, event logistics, and AI-driven marketing, M32 AI offers a compelling and rewarding career opportunity.
