Aramark Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated and growth-driven Full-Time Dietitian Specialist to join the team at Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) located in Dallas, Texas. This position specifically requires candidates who hold a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credential and is tasked with leading the Enteral Nutrition (EN) and Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) support program aimed at providing optimal nourishment for critically ill patients. The Full-Time Dietitian Specialist role is an integral part of this mission, playing a critical role in the clinical nutrition team. The specialist will provide comprehensive nutrition assessments, diagnoses, and interventions to a diverse patient population, including those requiring complex nutrition support through enteral and parenteral routes. The professional in this role will develop individualized nutrition care plans tailored to patient needs and monitor their progress continuously to ensure effective treatment outcomes. Collaboration across multidisciplinary healthcare teams is essential to facilitate coordinated patient care and enhance health outcomes.
Education extends beyond patients to their families, with dietitian specialists expected to offer expert guidance on nutrition-related topics, empowering patients and caregivers to make informed dietary decisions. Participation in interdisciplinary rounds and clinical meetings allows the specialist to contribute to team-based care strategies. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
- Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credential
- Licensed or able to obtain dietitian licensure in Texas within 6 months
- Knowledge of medical nutrition therapy
- Experience with nutrition support programs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary teams
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field required
- Master's degree preferred
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required
- Licensed Dietitian status in Texas or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
