This position requires an individual who can maintain a friendly, efficient, and professional demeanor under pressure, effectively managing a high call volume where each interaction is monitored for quality assurance. The Dietary Worker must be adept at using web-based software, telephones, and computer keyboards, and should be able to type at a proficient speed, typically between 35 to 45 words per minute. The hourly wage for this position ranges generally from $19.46 to $22.87, subject to location and candidate qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision programs, retirement savings options including a 401(k), and paid leave such as parental leave and disability coverage. These benefits vary by location and employee eligibility but contribute significantly to the total compensation package.
