The Dietary Cook is responsible for preparing meals according to standardized recipes while maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation. You will be involved in managing ingredients effectively, including finding creative ways to utilize leftovers and handle overstock to reduce waste and control costs. Your role extends to ensuring strict quality control by accurately preparing, portioning, and serving meals as per dietary plans, supporting the health outcomes of our residents.

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen is paramount, as is performing physical tasks safely, such as lifting, bending, and twisting during food preparation. Our ideal candidate is someone who follows menus and recipes diligently, can operate efficiently in a team setting, and adjusts quickly to changing kitchen needs.   • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
