The position offers a competitive wage range from $17.83 to $26.75 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, reflecting a commitment to equitable and fair compensation. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-range of this scale, with higher offers considered for candidates possessing advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
Joining Mercy Medical Center means becoming part of a family dedicated to making a meaningful difference in healthcare through every role and interaction. The hospital also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement plans with generous company matches, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, mental health resources, and more, ensuring your well-being and professional growth are supported.
