Job Description
Dietary Cooks are responsible for preparing and serving palatable, attractive, and nutritionally adequate meals at proper temperatures and appropriate times while supporting the use of proper sanitary techniques. The role involves following standard recipes, coordinating food production with meal serving hours, ensuring cleanliness and equipment care in the kitchen, and complying with established standards and health regulations.
Job Requirements
- Completed high school diploma or GED certificate
- valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- experience in long-term care or a related field is preferred
- consent to and pass a pre-employment drug screen and required background checks
