- Basic computer and keyboarding skills required

Job Duties
- Ensure dishware, flatware, pots and pans are clean and sanitized
- Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of dish room and carousel
- Assist in assembly of patient food trays on tray line
- Deliver and retrieve patient food carts to patient floors
- Deliver floor stock to patient floors
- Stock small wares in cafeteria server
- Check and record dish machine temperatures in HACCP log
- Perform other duties as assigned
