The company is well-regarded for its commitment to providing excellent healthcare services while maintaining a supportive and respectful workplace for its staff. This commitment is evident in their approach to care, which emphasizes teamwork, respect, and responsiveness to the concerns of residents and their families. With a strong belief in community-oriented healthcare, Next Step Healthcare is a respected name in the healthcare industry in Westborough and its surrounding areas.

The Dietary Aide must be attentive to detail, maintain confidentiality per HIPAA standards, and respond effectively in emergency situations. Next Step Healthcare offers competitive bonuses including a $500 sign-on and retention bonus for part-time aides, underscoring the value they place on this position.
