The role of Dessert Finisher/Barista at The Cheesecake Factory offers an exciting opportunity to be the friendly face behind the bakery case, contributing to the company’s renowned dessert presentation and overall guest satisfaction. This position is integral to the high-volume, full-service restaurant environment where delivering consistent quality and exceptional service are paramount. Working as a Dessert Finisher/Barista, you will apply the finishing touches to desserts such as cheesecakes, ensuring visually stunning results that delight guests. The role involves glazing iconic strawberries and creating perfect whipped cream dollops that add that wow factor to every dessert. In addition, you will operate espresso machines to prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, contributing to an inviting and satisfying dining experience.
