Additionally, it manages 35 internationally licensed The Cheesecake Factory restaurants and runs two bakery facilities dedicated to producing high-quality cheesecakes and other baked goods for both its restaurant network and third-party bakery customers. Committed to inclusivity, The Cheesecake Factory is an E-Verify and equal opportunity employer, creating a welcoming workplace for individuals from diverse backgrounds. With accolades like being named to FORTUNE Magazine’s "100 Best Companies to Work For®" list every year since 2014, the company underscores its dedication to its employees’ growth and satisfaction.
As a Dessert Finisher/Barista, you play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by being the friendly face behind the bakery case. Your responsibilities are centered around adding the final, artistic touches to the company’s iconic cheesecakes and desserts – from glazing perfectly arranged strawberries to crafting whipped cream dollops that impress every guest visually and tastefully. Your skill extends to preparing specialty espresso beverages that complement the desserts, enhancing the overall dining experience. This role operates within a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment, demanding efficiency, speed, and superior attention to detail while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and handling. You will contribute to front-of-house operations by ensuring consistent quality and service that upholds the brand's reputable image. This position offers steady hours with flexible scheduling options, suitable for both full-time and part-time team members. Employees benefit from faster pay access, discounts on meals during shifts and dining with friends or family, paid vacation and sick time, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage options, as well as access to virtual care and mental health services—all designed to support your well-being and work-life balance. The Cheesecake Factory also prioritizes professional development, offering world-class training programs and career advancement opportunities. Many managers rise through the ranks internally, supported by no-cost GED or Associate Degree programs.
Joining The Cheesecake Factory means becoming part of an award-winning team that values recognition, community involvement, and employee well-being. From perks like discounts on cell phones, gym memberships, movie tickets, and theme park admissions to emergency financial assistance programs and community charity events, the company fosters a positive and rewarding workplace culture. If you thrive in fast-paced hospitality settings and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences with a creative touch, this role offers a fulfilling opportunity to grow your skills and contribute meaningfully to an iconic brand.
