Job Description

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is a highly acclaimed leader in experiential dining, named to FORTUNE Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For" list every year since 2014. Specializing in culinary-forward and hospitality-driven dining experiences, The Cheesecake Factory has solidified its reputation by delivering delicious and memorable meals crafted by passionate professionals. This established company operates over 370 restaurants across the United States and Canada under renowned brands including The Cheesecake Factory, North Italia, Flower Child, and several other Food & Restaurant Concepts (FRC) brands. Additionally, the company has international presence with 35 Cheesecake Factory restaurants operating under licensing agreements and runs two bakery facilities that produce quality cheesecakes and baked goods for restaurants, international licensees, and third-party bakery customers.

As a Dessert Finisher/Barista at The Cheesecake Factory, you are more than just a team member; you are the friendly face behind the exquisite bakery case, adding the final delicate touches to some of the company's most beloved desserts like cheesecakes and signature sweets. This vital front-of-house role combines culinary skill with guest service, as you create eye-catching dessert presentations by glazing iconic strawberries and crafting perfect whipped cream dollops that impress customers. Alongside dessert finishing, you will operate the espresso machine to prepare specialty coffees and espresso beverages, supporting front-of-house operations within a high-volume, fast-paced dining environment. The position is ideal for individuals who take pride in consistently delivering quality products while helping to elevate the overall guest experience.

The Cheesecake Factory prioritizes both the growth and well-being of its team members by offering flexible scheduling options with full-time or part-time opportunities, fitting work-life balance needs. Employees also benefit from a comprehensive suite of perks including paid vacation and sick leave, medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage options, some starting as low as $12 per pay period. The company emphasizes career advancement through world-class training programs, internal promotion opportunities, no-cost GED or associate degree programs, and a positive team culture built around recognition and support. Additional employee perks include discounts on meals, gym memberships, theme parks, and cell phones, as well as participation in charity and community events.

Working at The Cheesecake Factory means joining an award-winning, inclusive workplace committed to creating a welcoming environment for all individuals, offering reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities. This role requires adaptability, patience, and a strong passion for hospitality, making it perfect for candidates seeking an engaging and rewarding position at a prestigious hospitality brand.
