Deputy Director, Operations & Maintenance – Sanitation and Facilities Maintenance

As a pivotal executive leader within CVWD, the Deputy Director of Operations & Maintenance will oversee the planning, organization, and management of various branches under their control. This includes the development and execution of both short-term and long-term strategies aligned with CVWD's overall mission and strategic plan. The role involves directing capital improvement projects essential to infrastructure modernization and resilience, managing complex budgets, and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Deputy Director will also serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including the Assistant General Manager and the Board of Directors, providing expert insights on operational policies, resource allocation, and strategic priorities.
