Job Requirements

- previous experience as a shift manager or equivalent in fast food
- ability to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications
- minimum 3 years fast food knowledge and management experience
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- experience managing training, food safety, and inventory systems
- strong communication and organizational skills
- capability to manage multiple departments including guest service, kitchen, or people management
- knowledge of customer service best practices
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on delegated tasks and report results
- ensure sales promotions are properly executed
- train service staff in service procedures
- organize service areas like Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru for optimal service
