Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years or older to apply
  • previous experience as a shift manager or equivalent in fast food
  • ability to work flexible schedules
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • capable of managing and motivating diverse teams

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 3 years fast food knowledge and management experience
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • experience managing training, food safety, and inventory systems
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • capability to manage multiple departments including guest service, kitchen, or people management
  • knowledge of customer service best practices
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up on delegated tasks and report results
  • ensure sales promotions are properly executed
  • train service staff in service procedures
  • organize service areas like Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru for optimal service
