Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks, follow up on progress, and report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver great customer service
  • oversee sales promotions and organize service areas like Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru
  • maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
  • recruit, train, schedule, and motivate crew members to meet sales and profit goals
