Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Follow up on delegated responsibilities and report results
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- Organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas for best service
- Control food quality, safety, and costs while training kitchen staff
