Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- previous managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- follow up and report results to the team and managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
- oversee sales promotions and service procedures
- organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru departments
- ensure kitchen delivers quality food safely and promptly
- control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures
- hire qualified crew members and provide ongoing training
- schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members throughout their employment
