Job Requirements

  • 18 years or older
  • previous managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to teams
  • follow up and report results to the team and managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
  • oversee sales promotions and service procedures
  • organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru departments
  • ensure kitchen delivers quality food safely and promptly
  • control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures
  • hire qualified crew members and provide ongoing training
  • schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew members throughout their employment
