Kitchen Department Managers take charge of the quality and speed of food production while maintaining stringent food safety standards and controlling food costs effectively. They also focus on training kitchen staff in standardized production procedures and introduce new menu items. People Department Managers are instrumental in recruiting, training, and scheduling crew members to meet targeted sales and profitability goals, as well as motivating and recognizing employees to foster a positive workplace culture.
