Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to team and managers
- oversee guest service ensuring crew and managers provide excellent customer experience
- ensure sales promotions are effectively executed
- organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru for best service
- supervise kitchen operations to deliver quality, safe, and timely food
- control food cost and train kitchen staff in production procedures
- recruit, train, and schedule crew members
- motivate and recognize employees to maintain a positive work environment
