Job Description

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Follow up and report results to other managers and team
  • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • Oversee sales promotions and service staff training in Guest Service Department
  • Organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • Make sure kitchen delivers quality food that is safe and costs are controlled
  • Train kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items
  • Hire qualified crew, provide training and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Motivate and recognize Crew throughout their employment
