Job Description
SLI Enterprises is an independent franchisee operating many McDonald's restaurants across the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex. This franchisee owns the license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products but operates as a separate company entirely from McDonald's USA. SLI Enterprises manages several locations in areas including Irving, Dallas, Mesquite, Caddo Mills, Greenville, Commerce, Italy, Waxahachie, Fairfield, Mexia, Corsicana, Ennis, and Terrell. Each restaurant is run under SLI Enterprises' management, ensuring that employment decisions and workplace standards remain consistent and uphold the reputation of McDonald's among customers. It is important to understand that any employment opportunity offered through SLI Enterprises is not directly with McDonald's USA, and all employment matters such as hiring, firing, scheduling, discipline, and supervision are handled solely by the franchisee.
The role advertised is for a managerial position within one of the McDonald's restaurants run by SLI Enterprises. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards in food quality and safety, and leading teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. The job offers an empowering career path with opportunities for advancement, valuable job training, and benefits such as college tuition assistance and retirement plans. Managers lead shifts to ensure customers receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service. They may also be responsible for specific departments including Guest Service, Kitchen, or People departments, each with its own set of responsibilities.
The Guest Service Department Manager focuses on the front-line experience, overseeing crew and other managers to ensure promotions are executed well, service procedures are followed, and areas like the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru are organized for optimal service flow. The Kitchen Department Manager is in charge of food production quality, safety, cost control, and training kitchen staff in production procedures and new menu items. The People Department Manager handles recruiting qualified crew members, comprehensive training, scheduling, employee motivation, and recognition to maintain a positive, efficient workforce that meets restaurant sales and profit goals.
Candidates should be at least 18 years old and preferably have prior managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. This role requires positive team players who are flexible with their schedules and thrive in McDonald's famously fast-paced atmosphere. The position promises a satisfying career with competitive benefits and the chance to grow professionally within an established company that values energy, leadership, and purpose. If you are looking for a job that inspires your best and offers a chance to build skills and advance your career, this opportunity with SLI Enterprises could be the perfect fit. Join a team motivated to create feel-good moments and deliver delicious food to excited customers every day. Take the next step in your career and make your move with SLI Enterprises' McDonald’s franchise today.
