Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- manage departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- oversee sales promotions and service procedures in Guest Service department
- maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in Kitchen department
- hire, train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members
- delegate tasks and follow up on results
