This job opportunity is with a restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Although the restaurant proudly serves McDonald's offerings, it is important to understand that this franchisee is a separate business entity and the actual employer for anyone hired at this location, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not have any control over these aspects and does not receive copies of employment applications or participate in employment decisions. The role available is a Department Manager position in this vibrant restaurant environment.
