Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old to be a manager
- Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage schedules and staffing

- Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- Manage assigned systems like training, food safety, and inventory
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Oversee Guest Service areas including front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru
- Ensure kitchen delivers quality food while maintaining food safety and controlling costs
- Hire, train, and schedule crew members to meet sales and profit goals
- Motivate and recognize crew for continued performance
